This was opening weekend of muzzleloader season. That means we get to spend the weekend at the cabin. The kids have an absolute blast and never want to leave. There wasn't much sleep to be had, with the crying babies, whining puppies and noisy hunters :)

WHAT A WEEK...
This look pretty much describes it. They have ALL been super sick and Daniel and I are worn out. I've had at least one of them at my office every day and Daniel had to take 1 1/2 days off from work. Emma of course got the worst of it, poor thing. I'm hoping we are all on the mend and that me and daddy aren't next. I'm not sure we could handle it.

This is what I saw on the wall outside of Emma's classroom when I went to parent teacher conference the other night. They were supposed to draw a picture of them helping someone else. She was helping me by giving me a flower, so sweet. Thats me with the orange hair :)

Went to the OU game yesterday, we've been looking forward to it for weeks. The weather turned out perfect, a little chilly in the shade but couldn't have asked for better. We really need to get season tickets. It's addictive.
Grandma took the kids to Octoberfest, they had a blast. Face painting, pony rides, funnel cakes. Emma swears she saw Daddy on TV more than once, she said he was the one in the red shirt :)
I love college campuses. All the huge buildings with crazy architecture. I should have appreciated it more when I was there ;)
It was a great day with some great friends, hope we get to do it again soon.

My sweet Ally...
Lukah is pretty sweet herself, most of the time :)
And bubba got some new kicks, relevant because its the first pair of shoes he's ever had on those cute little feet.

My little one is getting more independent by the day. Screams at the top of his lungs all the time. I think he gets this from his older sister, Ally has taken to screaming to get her way. Daniel is gonna lose his mind soon if it doesn't stop soon :)
We will soon have a very mobile and very curious baby on our hands, he's up on all fours rocking back and forth! If he could just get his arms and legs to work together. I'm in no hurry.
